Formalities

Even if you don’t actually become established here, you still have to fulfil certain formalities in order to provide services in our country:

Issuing of a certificate of business capabilities
Applying for an itinerant activities permit / fairground activities permit
Registration with the Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises (central business database) and allocation of a business number
Verification of the applicable social status with the social insurance fundOther permits linked to the activities exercised
