The subsidiary
To exercise your activities in Belgium, you have opted to create a company under Belgian law. The majority of the shares in this company are held by the parent company, which is established abroad: you are creating a subsidiary.

- The creation of a company in accordance with the companies code under Belgian law.
Formalities
The incorporation formalities are the same whether the company is attached to a foreign business or not: you are creating a company under Belgian law.
